Dr. Sherif Zaher

Dr. Zaher is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California, and is the clinical director at Mental Health & Sport Psychology Services. His services are used by various schools, colleges, and organizations. Additionally he serves as the sport psychology consultant for the Sacramento Republic Football Club since 2014. Dr. Zaher has a bachelor's degree in psychology, master's in kinesiology (sport psychology), and a doctorate in clinical psychology. His achievements are recognized by the prestigious Psi Chi international honor society in psychology. 

With 20+ years of coaching experience including 6 years of division 1 head coaching, as well as almost a decade providing clinical services to children and adults, Dr. Zaher empowers individuals to overcome their challenges by developing a positive mindset; one that encourages striving for value-based progress. 

Dr. Zaher’s athletic background includes a national championship in tennis (UGA 1999), top 50 ITF junior world ranking in singles and doubles, as well as most recently getting nominated in the Buffalo City Hall of Fame.

Alexis Maurtua

The Jesuit High School and Sacramento State University graduate has an extensive network with roots deep in the Sacramento area. Mr. Maurtua has over 15 years of coaching and mentoring soccer players. After graduating Sacramento State with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Kinesiology, Mr. Maurtua found his passion for sports science and child development through pursuing positions within physical therapy, physical education, and professional coaching. Along with actively pursuing coaching education and child development coursework. Mr. Maurtua is continually designing and developing processes, people, and places to facilitate the advancement of human development throughout the community.



Hussein Enan

Mr. Enan  started his career at Lloyds of London in 1966. Soon thereafter he moved to Canada and joined one of their largest reinsurance intermediaries. In 1979 he moved to San Francisco and startted his own firm of reinsurance intermediaries, which he later merged with a competitor in 1992 to take the company public. The company did its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in 1993, raising $50 million. 

In 1994 Hussein left and started InsWeb  Corporation, one of the first Internet companies, and the first to enable consumers to obtain insurance quotes from multiple providers. Initially financed by Hussein, the company attracted over $95 million in private equity in the following three years, and finally went public on the NASDAQ in 1999, raising approximately $100 million. InsWeb was sold to BankRate Corp. in December 2011.

In addition to the companies he founded, Hussein was also involved in the financing of a number of internet startups, as well as other businesses.



Margo Zaher

Mrs. Zaher's background in facilities management dates back to 2002. Her most recent employers are Vitek Mortgage Group and Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation (aka the Tribe that owns Cache Creek Casino). During her employment with the tribe, Mrs. Zaher managed the maintenance of all non-casino buildings and commercial residential properties (covering approximately 260 acres of land). Previously, she managed two R&D/production facilities totaling approximately 200,000 sq. ft., and supported services for 300 personnel. Mrs. Zaher also enjoys the challenges of residential remodels, and has an extensive record for return on investment.

Dr. Forrest Talley

Dr. Talley is a clinical psychologist who has been helping adults, teens and children for over 30 years. Over the past 20 years he worked at the CAARE Center, a clinic within the University of California Davis, Medical Center. There he served in a variety of capacities and most recently as the Co-Training Director, as well as Manager for the Individual and Group Therapy programs.

Throughout those years he was the primary supervisor for newly hired staff therapists, psychology interns, and for many other interns who were completing their social work or marriage and family master degrees (this included over 120 trainees, most of whom were engaged in one year intensive clinical rotations). Dr. Talley also conducted psychological evaluations and taught seminars on various subjects related to clinical psychology (both at the CAARE Center and nationally).

Kristi Marinus

Mrs. Marinus served the Eureka Union School District for the past 8 years as the Director of Student Services, supporting special education, health services, social emotional programs and academic intervention. She has also served Eureka as a principal, vice principal and special education teacher. Before coming back to Eureka, Additionally, Mrs. Marinus was a special education teacher in both non public school settings which served students with Emotional Disturbance and high school continuation programs. She strives to serve her community through the following approach: "Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, to all the people you can, as long as you ever can."

Warren Smith

Mr. Smith is a high energy results-oriented leader with a proven ability to shape direction and facilitate change. Accomplished in business development, customer relationship management, and productivity growth with an exceptional track record of building, developing, and motivating teams to play and perform at higher levels.
He Created long lasting brands and teams that outperformed its peers, and built franchises that are powerful community assets while creating exceptional valuations for its ownership.

Additionally, Mr. Smith led the Sacramento Republic FC from the ground up (cofounded in 2012), and continues to serve as senior advisor to the club that is set to compete in the MLS in 2022.

Joshua Price

Mr. Price is a public accounting professional who works in accounting and auditing, consulting, and tax services. His expertise allows him to provide clients with technical industry specific guidance to meet their unique needs. As an auditing and accounting professional he enjoys working with clients and assisting them in meeting their accounting needs. In addition Mr. Price adheres to all professional standards with impeccable integrity and views himself as a part of his clients’ team by providing the resources and knowledge they need to achieve their goals.

General Counsel

Eric L. Loewe

Mr. Loewe formed the Law Offices of L. Eric Loewe in October 2018, and he serves as outside general counsel to non-profits and companies in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, banking and high technology. Mr. Loewe joined Prism Technologies Group, Inc. (formerly InsWeb Corporation) in October 1998 and was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the company from September 2000 until September 2018. Prior to Prism Group. he held various positions with the National Association of Independent Insurers (the “NAII”) from January 1980 to September 1998. Mr. Loewe is active in the Business Law Section of the California State Bar and is a past Chair of the Corporate and Securities Law Committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel. He is admitted to the State Bars of California and Illinois, the bars of various district courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
